Massage Therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, in order to gain a therapeutic response. Techniques include Swedish Massage, Hydrotherapy, Passive Stretches and Remedial Exercise.
Massage Therapy is a Regulated Health Profession in Ontario. A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), can assess and treat numerous conditions that cause pain.
