Please note our Cancellation Policy before requesting, changing, or cancelling an appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment. A 24 Hour Cancellation Notice is required to cancel at no charge, otherwise a full fee could apply. The 24 Hour Cancellation Notice also applies to same day bookings. In case of emergencies and illness, exceptions to the policy may be made at the discretion of the Massage Therapist.
For New Patients:
Once your appointment is requested you will receive a health history link to submit online, other wise, if instructed, you can print off the below forms to bring with you.
